- Project details such as pricing, timelines, deliverables, and requirements will be confirmed before work begins.
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, login credentials, and required materials needed to complete the project.
- We reserve the right to pause or terminate projects if communication is delayed for more than 14 days without valid notice.
- Projects include limited revisions unless additional revisions are agreed upon separately.
- If a project is abandoned due to lack of communication or missing materials, deposits already paid will remain non-refundable.
4. Payments & Refund Policy
- A non-refundable deposit (typically 70%) is required before any project work begins unless otherwise agreed.
- The remaining balance must be paid before project delivery or website launch.
- Late payments exceeding 7 days may attract additional charges based on the outstanding balance.

Payments made for third-party resources or services purchased specifically for your project — including themes,
plugins, templates, hosting services, domain names, APIs, software licenses, or related digital tools —
are strictly non-refundable once purchased, activated, or delivered.
- Refund requests will only be reviewed based on completed work and the agreed service terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.
- We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party providers such as hosting companies, plugins, or domain registrars.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected service.
6. Post-Launch Support
- We provide a limited support period after project launch for bug fixes and minor adjustments.
- Extended maintenance or long-term support services require a separate agreement.
7. Third-Party Tools & Services
Our services may include third-party tools, software, or external links.
We are not responsible for the functionality, security, or reliability of third-party services.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during a project private and protected.
9. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, including internet outages,
natural disasters, or government restrictions.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of our website or services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
